Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:-

Customers will be informed if their order is aborted or cancelled either partially or fully and the company may request for additional information if required. Cancellation of order shall happen either by the customer or by the company.

Cancellation by Customer: -

To cancel an order the customer must send a cancellation notice via email only mentioning the Order number. The customer is requested to place the order only after reasonable deliberation as order processing involves considerable time, money and energy. The Customer can request cancellation only for genuine reason and the management reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.

The user agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision as final. In case of acceptance of cancellation request by us, the full invoice value will be refunded to you to the same bank account through cheque or internet banking from where the payment was originally effected within 5 to 7 working days from the date of acceptance of request.

Cancellation by Company

Situation may arise that GRCLLP may not be able to accept an order and hence left with no other alternative except cancellation. GRCLLP reserves sole discretionary right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason which the management considers appropriate.

Few of the situations that may lead to the cancellation of your order includes but not limited to the following reasons:-

  • Non-availability of stock.
  • Inaccurate information inadvertently updated on the website.
  • Failure to reach the customer or in case of delivery failure to an address after multiple attempts and other practical situation that may arise in fulfilment of an order.
  • Settlement failure.

GRCLLP wishes to reiterate that the above reasons are only indicative and not exhaustive.
